so i was kicked for harrasment which made me not be able type fast enougb because i cant type fast so i wanted to say i want to be slained after the fun round but she just slained me and didnt give me a chance​

Thank you for taking the time to report me as it makes it clear what I need to work on as a moderator.

Since you already mentioned the harassment, I will jump right into it.

You were warned for harassment after I received this report from you to LethalFrogger:

I did pm Lethal asking if he actually felt harassed since he claimed harassment in his report response and since he did I issued a warning and we moved on.

Later on I found some unreported damage you did to a player earlier in the round as shown here:

As you can see in the shot logs, you were the only one out of the party in question to shoot. Pandogasm did not shoot before you which makes your response invalid. The TMOD I was with at the time can provide deathscene also, to prove he did not shoot, if need be.

As I was training at the time, we took until the new round already started to get a verdict and issue the slay but it was issued in a timely manner. You did pm me and let me know you already killed yourself at the start of the round and said that was your slay. Unfortunately, that does not count as a slay and I will issue the chat following that down below.

As you can see, you came at me after I told you that you killing yourself at the start of the round did not qualify as a slay and even knew you were going to get your second warning for harassment. The harassment protocol is as follows:

-Warn
-Kick
-Ban for 24 hours

Since it was your second offense of harassment I issued your kick. I didn't need to wait and see what else you may or may not have said. I realize it sucks to be slain on a fun round but you knew very well that you would receive your second warning for harassment which as previously mentioned is a kick. I also don't have to wait to slay you until after a fun round even if you request it because it's supposed to be a punishment- I'm not supposed to accommodate it to your wishes.

I apologize you were not happy with how things were handled, however to my knowledge I followed my protocol as I should have.

I will, however, leave the verdict up to my administrator @wink and will be more than happy to issue myself a slay if it's found that I didn't go about this situation properly.

Reports against staff members are supposed to filed as a tool for bettering the quality of our staff team and ensuring there is in fact no abuse occurring. Reports should not be filed as a way to get revenge against a mod whose slayed you, which seems to be the case at this point. I encourage you to learn our rulebook better before filing yet another report, and maybe provide proper evidence with it aswell.

Back on track, this report is invalid. The slay was assigned for a valid reason, and you do not get to pick and choose which rounds you are slain.
