Are the extended rules regarding Richland correct since they were last edited april 2017 or are mods and admins allowed to make add ons to the rules at will? The extended rules say activating the hammer trap on Richland is a T act, yet when i killed a player for it I was slain and told that "someone has to be in danger". The extended rules do not say anything about people needing to be in danger for it to be a t act. The mod in question stated that her admin told her this was the case. So can the extended rules be believed or are mods and admins allowed to ignore what is written in the extended rules and do what they want?
Activating the T trap on Richland is still a T-act and has not been updated since April. If you feel a moderator has not done their job properly you are more than welcome to message their admin or file a forum report so the matter can be discussed and any clarifications that need to be made, can be made.
