This map is disgustingly optimized. Thats why it was removed and never added again. There was also an issue with alot of the props causing the map to crash both server and client side so it was a pain in the ass to maintain.

 

I heard there was a fixed version on the workshop, dunno how good it is. But man this map brings back some memories so +1 yes please add back

I tested the “fixed” version and its still pretty bad. Tested on an i7-6700 1060 6gb 16gb ram and i was still getting max 45 fps and the rest of the map was in the mid 20’s

 

Yeah, Water World is so bad on FPS that the community I used to play on has permanently banned the map from its rotation.

Dont get me wrong, this map is great. It brought me alot of memories but id rather not crash 1/3 of the rounds i play on it. It wasnt just client side that took a shit. Certain props caused the server to eat dirt too sooooo

 

I know its a classic TTT map but considering the optimization issues it suffers from I'm going to have to give this a -1 for now.
