1) If it has a global effect, it could be too overpowered.
2) If both detectives and traitors can buy it, it could be useless to have unless it's a very small game with no detectives. If that's the case, see reason one.

what do you exactly mean by Global Effect?

 

It has an effect on the entire map.

I'm pretty sure it only effects 1 server

Thanks for explaining, yes it does effect everyone's gravity. but there is a cooldown so you can't really just spam it.

 

Or just make it actually not effect the whole server and just effect a certain area.

Don't really see any practical uses for it other than like the tazer where its just a troll item. "lol im a detective, people are jumping across spaces, let me manipulate gravity and make them fall" or some other shit.
