No. You cannot kill players based on trap activation. This is because traitor traps can be activated from far away, so it would be killing on suspicion. Assuming only these 2 players are in the area under the chandelier, they also would not be blocking them in immediate danger.

I'd say just pushing them under the chandelier is traitorous, regardless if the trap is activated or not.

 

If your reasoning for killing them is not infact for activating the trap, but instead for placing them into harms way, then yes you are allowed then as it is a traitorous act. Your question made it seem as thought you were asking if you could kill a player simply for activating a trap.
