It feels very very increasingly like the admin team just forgot that the power to not take reports ever existed and aren't using it. There are currently multiple regular offenders of this policy and nothing is done about it. It's fine to have a pocket punishment that you don't use frequently, but the admins need to address that there is a severe lack of enforcing this by any definition of the word. If you you take a mindful effort to just define a number in your mind or a ballpark as to where it's too many 1 instance report in the frequency, you can better identify the regular offenders and take appropriate action to actually deter people from making single instance report. Prove to yourself and the community that this isn't just something you "forgot" was in the rules or ever existed.

There is nothing to enforce. You can't enforce encouragement. As I stated before:

The reason there is a grey area is because staff don't want players continuously reporting single offenses over and over, which WOULD take up a ton of time.
The reason they're not allowed entirely is because staff still handle these reports when they can, but they shouldn't drown out offenses like Mass RDM, Hacking, Ghosting, and literally any other major offense

They grey area is fine the way it is. Many times, yes, rules need clarification, but I don't believe this is one of those times

Ah! I was not aware of this myself!
You are always free to bring this up with me or another admin if you notice an user doing this. I do think we should take a look at this (as I've seen a few things in the shoutbox about what you just said)

one offense of rdm doesnt matter

the difference between 2 RDMs and 1 RDM is 1 RDM which doesnt matter so what makes 2 rdms matter if the only difference between 1 and 2 rdms is something that doesnt matter. what makes any amount of rdm matter if the difference from the last amount is only 1 (which doesnt matter)

the amount shouldnt matter, should handle 5 instances of RDM the same as 1 (obviously not punishments but you get it)
