So, its almost here! Two days from now Serious MC will go live (expected date) and I want to know what you guys are most hyped about! You can post what you want, expect, wouldnt want, and stuff like that.

Although the announcement thread had many comments of this sort, it wasnt something concrete, and many other things were discussed. This is more of an open discussion and debate thread.

 

Let's debate Trump removing the fee for not having healthcare.

Well, I haven't played Minecraft for what - 4 years? But I plan on jumping on the server because it's with this community. But I'm mainly excited that Teamspeak may finally have an in-game use!

 

Yes! thats something I always disliked (but knew it was necessary) that I couldnt really talk about in-game stuff and I had to be careful to not accidentally ghost. Now it has more use for playing and it could potentially attract more people.

And I agree too on the fact that if it wasnt this community, I wouldnt touch Minecraft again.

 

Havnt even touched Minecraft in almost 5 years But Hey Ill check this sever out hehe

 

I'm planning on building a Falout Vault style base, deep underground somewhere. Maybe setup a wasteland themed village or trading shack on the surface. I'm actually pretty hyped for that, believe it or not.

I'm also going to be the mining king of the server. Just wait!

 

I'm just hoping they add more than just one Mode for example Skywars, Skyblock, Creative, Pixelmon, etc. So that ill be able to stick to one server and not go on other ones.

 

I dont think its a bad idea, but its just not for what is being shot for here. So many different modes would require more developers and staff than the community can handle, making it too chaotic. I think this is a good start, and I can see something else being implemented, but not in the near future.

 

Good ol' survival, for Rick. Not much for PvP, so I'm hoping we have some manner of protections so I can log off knowing that everything I work for won't be gone when I log back in.

 

They're going to use this.
