Works exactly like a normal discombobulator, but on a much much bigger scale. Throw it and watch people fly. (Warning: No Cape included.)
Just because it would be fun I would want to say +1 but... from a staffing point of view, and the 2 reasons this probably wont be accepted is because 1) it would contribute to LOTS of rdm, accidental or intentional. And 2) it would mean lots of people boosting to unreachable areas, boosting to places you shouldn't be able to get to , no matter the method, is all treated the same
still many more issues, one of which opens up a massive loophole firstly, due to it being a weapon a T that has bought one but not used it will drop it upon death and secondly, due to it being a nade, you can pick it up with your magneto like other nades and throw it away, so even if the T warns like "super discombobing the top shelf" on dolls, an inno could then pick it up with magneto, throw it away and then one of the T's tbuddies that's on the top ledge who didn't expect to be affected by the discombob is thrown to their death, and thus the t's warning is invalid due to location he said furthermore, the loophole, a T could throw it and an inno could magneto it towards a detective or another inno/group and cause them to fall from high places , indirectly killing people they just wanted to kill for what ever reason like prejudice , but in a way that the T gets credited the kill
This weapon idea is interesting, but I feel it would be out of place, and/or never used. The discomb is already a rare sight and only used to purposefully kill people on rooftops, dolls, teenroom, and other maps with high places. This super discomb would be the same way, but this time it would cost a T credit. Instead of purchasing this super discomb, you can get a large number of better tools like the Gauss Rifle, or even the Newton Launcher. However, the weapon could be implemented into a fun round. Perhaps something similar to Bomb Rush, but instead of playing hot potato you chase after players while holding out the bomb to knock 'em off the map. This gamemode would have to only be enabled on certain maps, and have some rules to it (like, if nobody dies due to your super discomb, you die). Could be interesting.
Hello, This is something I could see getting added during a special event, but not regular game modes. With that being said, I'm going to deny this, for now. Maybe we will see it in future events. Thank you for your suggestion. -MT
