I'll start: I was surprised Michone knocked Rick out at the end.

If you have read the comics there's also the possibility of Glenn dying

i think Glenn dies before they even get to Alexandria but I don't remember

 

They actually talked about that in the after show I believe, when they go visit Noah's home Glenn is talking to Rick by a car, whilst they are talking Glenn has a wooden bat. They said something about that being a little tease to the comics and on how Glenn dies by getting his head beat in by someone with a bat. I don't think he'll die though, not yet.

 

I really hope Glenn doesnt die because I want to see him develope more.
