Rejected Spectator Deathmatch

Hello.

As many of you probably know, there is an addition for Trouble in Terrorist Town that allows you to enter a deathmatch whilst spectating/dead. This can be done my simply typing a command such as !dm or !specdm.
I think this could be beneficial to the server because when players are dead they would have a reason to stay on the server. It would allow them to stay on the server and not have to do something else, as well as practice for the coming round.
