I saw in a different thread that you can kill someone for breaking the tester preround, if it is excessive. Wondering how many times "excessive" is... Asking for a friend.
you cant kill someone for a t act pre round excessive or not where is this thread? they can be punished for it under toxic gameplay which is an admin+ punishment , excessive doesnt have a specific amount for that
You can NOT kill for T acts done in pre-round excessive or not. They CAN be punished for breaking the tester excessively in pre-round. Not killed.
