Hello, people! Time for another update:

• I think it's safe to say the first version of OpalBot is ready at this point. I spent the last day or so adding the final touches, and all in all she's in great shape. She even learned to have conversations with others!

  There's a lot more things you can ask her about too! She's also able to learn some basic things on her own. Give it a try once we're live!
  
  With that being said, most of the "fun" features are still not available. Like I mentioned before, I want to first focus on her core functionality before adding the extras. Once the server is live and everything is settled, I will continue to work on these.

• Since OpalBot is up and ready at this point, I believe it is soon going to the right time for our first beta test. However, since I'm not entirely sure about OpalBot's stability at this point, we will start small before moving to the bigger stuff. I will be organizing a group of 10-15 testers who will be joining me on our test server and test her out. With the results from this test, I will be able to plan the public beta tests.
  If you are interested in giving it a go, please leave a reply to this thread. If nothing will go wrong, I plan to have the first go in a few hours.
  I WILL BE PICKING THE TESTERS MYSELF, AND NOT EVERYONE IS GUARANTEED TO BE ABLE TO TAKE PART. Sorry, but past tests I did showed there isn't much choice.

• SBridge, the Discord<->Shoutbox integration, is not yet ready. We still need to set up proper API for OpalBot to communicate with the forums through. We have a very basic prototype working (some of you saw it in action earlier today). She even has her forum profile now! https://www.seriousgmod.com/members/opalbot.16780/
  Anyway, once this will be done, and SBridge will work as expected, this will mark the final stages of our project - and if nothing will go wrong, our live Discord beta will be closer than ever! Woo!

And that's it for now! We're getting closer and closer to our goal. I'm really excited for this personally, and I hope you are too.
