    Hey guys I've been going on and off with depression for a while. Currently taking a Dale Carnegie class, and one of our books is called "How to stop worrying and start living"

    It's a really good book filled with stories on successful people overcoming issues and focusing on improving themselves and their lives. I highly recommend reading it if you're feeling down. It's $8 paperback.
