I'm looking into this currently.

 

I've looked over this account and see no linked accounts nor family shared accounts. Along with this, I saw only 1 instance of RDM, which I can't confirm why this happened (You being killed by the player). I will mark this invalid due to no Mass RDM being seen by me as you stated, along with a lack of evidence as to why you were RDM. If you have any evidence as to why you were RDM, please PM me on the forums.
