Invalid Report against Jabba

I'm locking this since it's just me repeating myself.

The rule was 100% in effect, as of the Lead Admin Update post. That's it. You can argue semantics as much as you want, the rule was and is in effect.

 

Sup, so when rules are announced on the lead thread they have already passed all the checks and are going into effect immediately unless the thread gives a date. If it wasn't in the rules then that was an oversight on our behalf and we apologise for the confusion, however, the protocol was still in place. The rule itself is actually a more establishing protocol for it since it causes significant delay in some cases, but it was decided to introduce it as a fully-fledged rule to help curb the increase in door-related deaths. Other than not being particularly efficient in saying the above, Jabba hasn't mishandled anything here, but who am I to talk when this is like 2 weeks old lmao
