Alright, as I said in the report against me, I stated that I did have evidence against CatFiShMan leading to an rdm and leave punishment, but as I do with others, I wait for a round to see if they relog.

But it seems as I was investigating other reports, the note to ban the defendant slipped my mind. Again, I sincerely apologize for my forgetfulness and my absent mind, I will stress myself so this doesn't happen again.
