Hey there NotATraitor, just finished my investigation on this one.

Sorry, but I don't feel this is conclusive evidence for hacking. The extremely low framerate coupled with the low quality video makes it too hard to tell if the suspected hacker was aimbotting, or just a good shot. In the future perhaps just use demos as they are a low resource way of capturing footage in-engine, which allows for anybody to playback at a full framerate and unhindered quality.
