Prime Minister Sinister

He is extremely annoying, has started countless arguments over nothing, and is causing people to not want to play on the server. He rdm's on multiple occasions and for multiple maps in a row had around 700 karma. When we were t buddies he jihaded and never gave a warning until after he started it, therefore deserved a slay but pluto9 didn't do anything. Yes because I absolutely hate the guy I "slayed" him myself which no I probably shouldn't have done but something needs to be done about this guy, whether it be a ban or just a simple gag.
