So, I have really shitty internet connection right now, and loading any webpage can take anywhere from the normal split-second to a full 2-minutes. A friend of mine is trying to appeal a Federal Report and Remand for the Western District of Louisiana, lake Charles Division, and I am trying to help him find out how to do that.
