no reason given and no chance to defend myself...

it says on the forum that i was banned for "reason".... like really? there was no reason given and its a ban for 3 days?!!? this is what happened. a player "scout is black" i think it was, killed someone and i witnessed it, he didn't identify the body and started swimming away i repeatedly shouted "identify the body or you're getting killed scout is black" yet he just stopped for a moment, and then just kept running, he left the body un-identified and that in itself is a traitorous act (its in your own damn rules.) when given the chance to defend myself, no one would listen and i was just banned for 3 days... does that really seem like a fair deal? naw, i didn't think so either, i demand a repeal to this ban and Repulsel was the one that banned me unlawfully. i have been playing on the server for quite some time and enjoy it, but when i get banned for no damn reason it makes me pissed (which is understandable) have a nice day.

 

The reason is now corrected, and it was not unlawful. Private message Detector to get his attention as it was his command to ban you for 3 days.

 

it says right freaking there rdm and leave, however, i did not once leave at all, the only time i left was forcefully from WHEN I GOT BANNED

 

the reason wasn't a single rdm. I connected and I kept seeing you rdm multiple people, then playing it off like it was nothing. a single rdm does not deserve a ban, but when you do it every round, it really disrupts gameplay. We can't have that on this server.

you kicked me for that and i changed it and never used it again, so that crosses out the goofy spray, the smartassery was just to prove to you that you were being unfair, that igotpizzahut guy killed me as a traitor when he was a traitor himself, thats way worse than a single rdm, and you did nothing about it. as for the rdm'ing, the rules goes one = slay (which i was) 2 = double slay (which was never enforced) 3 = 24 hour ban (which would've made alot more sense than a bullshit 3 day ban for me doing something that plenty of other people do.) the fact was that you aren't following your own rules... i shouldve got a 24 hour ban if anything, not a RDM AND LEAVE which obviously didn't happen

 

I did slay pizzahut, I'm pretty sure. and if I didn't, it's because you kept swearing at me/him and freaking out about it. See it from my point of view. A guy is on the server that rdms 4/5 rounds in a row. This guy has a gay porn spray, swears at you and other players profusely, throws random incends as innocent. You were being toxic to the server.

 

i did not once swear to you and/or pizza hut, i was just repeating myself saying things like HEY DETECTOR WHY NOT SLAY PIZZA HUT (which you didn't) plus the porn spray is already done and over with, dont let some funny joke even play into this. and how did i rdm 4/5 times in a row if there was only 2 rounds mentioned? you're not giving any evidence here when i am the one giving the clear explanation. and really? "toxic to the server" no one was really being toxic to the server, i heard no one complain about me either, the only one that got mad was scout is black because i killed him (for good reason) and that other dude that got thrown off the map with a random discombob throw. everyone does this kinda stuff and i don't really see why you're making a big deal of it when the only people i left a bit mad was scoutisblack and the one stray grenade guy. hell, i was even gonna apologize but no one gave me the freakin time to talk

you seem to care a lot about this server and you're right about the punishment being a day and not 3 days. you will be unbanned after 24 hours from the time of ban. Please remove the gay porn sprays, the abusing other players, and the random death match sessions

Admins are allowed to twist the ban time at there free will while mods can not.
