So as you see in the thread below me, @Night is working on a new airship map along with @j3kthehalls. This gave me the idea of making some new maps with J3k and Night if he would like, so if you have any ideas for new maps or you would like to revamp some current ones let me know below.
Yo same. if you could make it as close to the same map from black ops 2 I would 100% he down to suck your toes.
If people are thinking along the lines of call of duty, I'd love to see an mc version of Array from Black Ops 1. Fond memories of sniper battles in a snowy isolated mountain, would be nice to see
Can you optimize ttt_minecraft_haven? Every entity in that map is loaded at all times (transmitted information about the entity in real time from the server), no matter if there's a volcano in the way, and that can give bad fps because of it when the server has a bunch of people. I heard something about areaportals (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Areaportal ?), could try using those.
I second canyon...great map that I think would work well with higher populations. Also terrortrain because it's a classic ofc. excited to see what the new airship looks like
sorry guys but we wont be doing any of these, we will be making exactly 24 recreations of your favorite map terminal thats so (un)optimized that it runs at a (smooth) disgustingly 2(00) fps
