Rejected Make tagging people in Discord from SB against the rules

There's a user that seriously annoys me whom I will not name that I have blocked on both discord and shoutbox, yet they keep using my user ID to tag me in discord. I'd like this to be disallowed because it's super annoying, thx.

This can already fall under harassment if done in a malicious way. We don't want to make it disallowed completely, as people can be validly tagged. Feel free to contact a staff member to evaluate your situation if you feel necessary.
