Accepted Make placing props in the pool on lifetheroof a traitorous act

Title

I could've sworn there was a map with a similar rule.

But placing a prop in the pool on lifetheroof makes you responsible for that prop. If someone falls onto it, that person is responsible. Why not make it a traitorous act regardless? You can't see the props until you're halfway fallen into the pool. If someone is new to the map or new in general most of the time they're going to die to the props because they don't expect them.

Also I tried searching but I couldn't find this suggestion elsewhere.

 

Does this point under traitorous acts not cover what you mean?

12. PLACING PROPS IN AREAS WHERE PLAYERS MAY BE DAMAGED BY THEM
1. You are responsible for all the damage that results in placing said props.

 

I've always associated that with prop blocking locations. If this is covered by that, then maybe a specified ruling for lifethereof wouldn't hurt.

 

What Nathan kinda said was there to cover basically all maps and not specific to just 1 map.

Would be redundant to list something map specific if we have 1 rule to cover them all.

 

The rules used to say placing props at the bottom of ladders or in pools (water spots you were meant to fall in) was traitorous. When the Extended Rules were updated, it became the quote from Nathan.

So to be clear, it is traitorous to put props in the pool on lifetheroof.
