So apparently some genius removed being near unids as traitorous. But given a recent ruling, if you are kept alive by a traitor then you're gba. So doesnt that mean if you walk to spawn and theres 1 dude surrounded by like 5 unid bodies you can still kill them cause the obvious traitor that killed the rest didnt kill him which means thats his t buddy?
Not identifying an unidentified body is still traitorous. You can kill someone in that situation you mentioned. This didn't change. The way that line was worded allowed you to kill people as they were approaching an unid- or even after they ID'd the bodies because technically- they were near an unidentified body. If someone is approaching and actively IDing a single unidentified body- you can not kill them. Removing this line closed this loophole. Note: Edited for further clarity.
How would you have proved that it wasn't a detective who killed all those people and didn't identify the bodies anyways? And a relevant question for @HelixSpiral : does that mean if you identify the body before you shoot the person you don't have a reason to kill them anymore?
You still very much have a reason to kill them. They didn't ID a body. Just because you Identified it doesn't mean that their act of not doing so is forgotten.
