    How do you change/buy jihad taunt sounds? I NEED fucking "Winky face, winky face, winky face. ;)"

    You don't buy jihad taunts. You buy the jihad sound and it has its own taunt. If the sound itself doesn't have a taunt, you can't use one from another sound.
