His spray was cropped porn i seen it with my own two eyes so trinity banned him for that

 

Hi there shroom, thanks for taking the time to make an appeal today

I'll quickly go through the ban so that you fully understand the justification behind it.
You had used a spray on our server which was a cropped image of a pornographic film still. It contained 3 females, obviously lacking any sort of clothing, with their tongues out and on their knees.
This image contained a heading of "Catching snowflakes on your tongue", which is an obvious reference to a certain sexual fluid. Whilst none of this was within the actual content you had sprayed, the image being from a pornographic film, and the obvious references to the sexual act of fellatio forced me to ban you for it.

As for your history, you had a ban 4 months ago for your first offense of an Inappropriate spray, and have also had a few bans between then and now.

I don't currently believe your behavior on our servers have changed, so I must ask, why should I unban you?

First of all, how can an image be pornographic if it doesn't contain anything pornographic? Saying that "Catching snowflakes on your tongue" is a reference to a certain sexual fluid doesn't make the spray pornographic. What I did 4 months ago and unrelated offenses in between doesn't have anything to do with this. The spray didn't contain anything pornographic so it isn't pornographic.

Your image was a direct image taken from a pornographic still, whether the pornographic content was cropped out or not doesn't matter, it was an inappropriate spray. I explained this content in my previous response.
Your recent response does not seem remorseful of any actions you have committed, and you seem to be portraying the behavior of someone who is likely to repeat these same actions.
Also, your history matters, if someone has bans for similar offences, it's common for that person to repeat them over and over again, and I'm scared this will happen if I unban you.

For this, I will not be bringing you good news.
