Implement McCityNight back into the rotation

best MC map ever made there is simply no reason why it shouldn't be back in the rotation

This map is iconic. I remember a few years ago playing it, and it was so much fun combod with invis and silent sniper.

The only thing wrong with this is that innos can get into the T room, making it completely useless. Most players that have been around for a while already know of this, and new players wouldn’t know what the room is anyway, so being killed for going in/out of the T room shouldn’t be a problem.

We shouldn't have 2 different versions of the same map unless there's an event going on.

The daytime version of MCC is better since it has a working t-room system.
