I have played multiple games where someone can be actively moving, firing, and saying "_______ is a Traitor!" Either they are somehow pressing "suit zoom" and 7 to say someone is a T in 8 milliseconds or they have a bind that some how says the person they are looking at is a T. Is there I bind I don't know about that I could use instead of pressing "suit zoom" and 7 so it doesn't take me 5 min. to say someone is a T?

You can easily bind it on the servers bt pressing F1 and using the Binds Tab in the F1 menu, it will give you the option to bind a lot of radio commands. Also the way they work is those that includes name calling, will tag the last person you looked at within the past 3 seconds or so.
