This has always been a thing.

Its not grave-digging to bump an old suggestion unless its been denied.

Staff shouldn't be giving warnings out for it.

I mean it's already a thing, "you can bump threads as long as they're relevant". Suggestions are always relevant unless denied (and they get locked anyways upon denial/acceptance).
Maybe a public notice in the Suggestions sub-forums that gravedigging suggestions is impossible and shouldn't be warned for.

That says irrelevant and then mentions old rather than denied/locked/accepted - an old suggestion can still be relevant, so old is a bad example. Making the clear-cut distinction is pertinent.... I love cursive.

My dudes just comment "I think this is still relevant" on a suggestion you wanna bump

 

Staff should not warn for bumping suggestions that are still relevant. I edited the rule a bit to make it more clear. Hope this does the trick.
