If you have a skin equipped for your harpoon, it does not show up for harpoon wars. I believe the only 2 in vanilla are the icicle and the candy cane from the Christmas event, but they don't show up and you're forced to use that ugly brown looking stick. Would be awesome if the skins could be applied to this mode as well.
harpoon wars uses diff harpoon swep that be why but ye i wanna use my ice and candy cane harpoon skins! Even tho i never use the candy cane one
I used to think that, as well, but it's grown on me. It's more of a status symbol than a nice-looking skin.
this ^ hence how the harpoons become physical objects which they dont in a normal round also idk i could see it being pretty horrible, lots of different colors flying around, and the ice poon freezing and smashing happening so often could be un needed server stress
Is the ice-poon really so intensive tho? It's not like the colors are all that disorienting either, and even if they were it's a fun-round, let's have fun with it!
