Unless you're planning to go 4K, I don't think there's a need for 1080 Ti. 1080 will do just fine. Also, make sure you don't accidentally get the Green or Red series from WD for your HDD. I learned this the hard way.
Lower performance. The green series is meant to be more quiet and power saving, and it comes at the cost of performance. Green series HDDs usually top at 5400RPM while the black and blue series are 7200. Red series HDDs are designed for NAS storage, so they include some useful features like vibration protection, but at the same time they still share the power-saving features from green - and lower power consumption means lower performance. Id I had to choose, I'd personally go with Blue. A combination of both performance and price. Black are kind of an overkill.
