RhazhBash's recipe for the ultimate burgers: 1/2 lb Ground beef per burger 1 lb Thick cut bacon Your favorite sliced cheese Shredded montery/colby jack cheese 1 Stick of room temperature butter Buns Whatever else you like on your burgers Fry as much bacon as you can fit in a pan (Cutting strips in half makes it cook more evenly and lets you fit more in the pan) Form 2 1/4 pound patties per burger Season one side of each patty with salt and pepper (Unseasoned sides are gonna be the inside of the burgers) Spread room temperature butter on the unseasoned sides of the patties Put a half strip of bacon and some shredded colby and montery jack on the unseasoned side of the patties Form the burgers by squashing 2 1/4 pound patties together with the cheese cooked bacon and butter on the inside Use the leftover bacon grease to cook the burgers for 6-8 minutes on each side While cooking the second side of the burgers put the sliced cheese on the burgers and cover the pan Toast the buns in butter when the burgers are almost done cooking Take the burgers and buns off the heat then top your burgers however you like them
Fajitas are my go to because they're super easy. Basically just thinly slice 2 or 3 different colored bell peppers and a yellow/spanish onion. Scoop that into a cast iron pan with some oil and salt so the vegetables get nice and soft and browned. Set the veggies aside and add 2 sliced chicken breasts. Get some sear on those bad boys and once they're cooked thru, add back the veggies and mix in half a packet of fajita spice (or like a tablespoon each of cumin and chili powder). Serve with warm torillas, cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, chipotle mayo, or anything else. You can also replace the chicken with sliced beef or shrimp. Southwestern food is superior cuisine btw.
No lie most of what I know about cooking comes from Gordon’s YouTube channel and watching binging with babbish

How to make an easy omelette. Scramble some eggs with whatever else you like in your omelette then put it all in a ziploc bag. Spoiler Put the bag in some boiling water (Make sure the bag doesnt touch the pan or it'll melt. The wooden spoons keep the bag off the bottom.) Spoiler Flip as necessary until done on both sides then enjoy. Spoiler
