Spoiler: Falling, Falling Snow So I'm no longer a moderator It's not that I don't want to keep telling you off for minor infractions, but I want to focus up in real life. I spend way too much time staffing, hanging around, etc. So, yeah, not that I can't or don't want to stay staff, it's just better for me that I step it up in real life for now. Maybe I'll be back someday. I'll still be hanging around the community regardless While I have your attention For the staff: I wanted to keep pushing for changes to the application process. So with my resignation post here, I'd like to ask you to make changes to it, whether in the vein of what I've previously suggested or something else. Other than that, keep it up lads. Don't become robots; stay cool and be fun. Nobody likes troll mods, but nobody likes strict, stuck-up bitches either. Enforcing the rules is good, but strive to make the servers fun and preserve that fun when you're on. Communicate with the players, both new and old. Be lenient and kind - just don't hesitate to bring out the hammer if people are being toxic for that fun and healthy environment. For the rest: fuck you all, toxic ex staff life resumed Nahhh, I don't have it in me to be truly toxic. I'd just like to remind you that staff aren't (at least shouldn't be) out to get you. We just want to have fun with everyone else. We're tasked with upholding the rules, but we do it of our own volition. Because we believe that a server is at its best when people have fun playing the game appropriately.
