Couch to 10k

    Currently doing a couch to 10k thing. You jog 3 times a week for 14 weeks (or more if you want). Currently on Day 1, week 2 and I plan to see it all the way through to the end, and lose weight in the process.

    Feel free to download the app yourself and we could do it as a team, but otherwise, this will just be me updating with any significant progress.
