It's content time.

Here's a list of the models I've collected ready for the next update.
Before we start testing/fixing hitboxes, we need your feedback on the models I've collected.
There will be some more feedback at the bottom needed in regards to current models.


Feedback (THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT)
Which of our current models would you like the see removed?
We're considering removing the following

• Green Lantern (Low usage)
• Flash (Low usage)
• Splinter Cell (Low usage)
• Robocop (Very low usage)
• Terminator (Low usage)
• Carnage (Extremely low usage)
• Quiet (Skeleton neck issue)

Any other models, please let us know!

What Models did you like and dislike from the "Mega Content Update"?
We are very aware of the love for 2b (so much so that no ones using anything else in the Elite tier dammit!)
but what else did you like and dislike?

Jacket is the most ugliest thing I've ever seen. What a discrace.

Continuing on here on feedback -

Remove Quiet and Replace Batman the rest are fine.

EDIT: do not remove those for low usage, I know for a fact that the only one on that list that isnt used consistently is Carnage but still used. Just remove Quiet and 2B and replace batman.

 

The GoT models look ugly af

 

I use Carnage

GoT models are ugly minus the Kings Gaurd

Remove Quiet (for obvious reasons), Green Lantern, and the Flash (sorry @Hyper)

I still see people use Splinter, RoboCop and Terminator

Also, what does removing a few models do?

 

Give us the space to add more, Elite is currently full (look at the rows) which gives an idea of the space we have.

 

Can you add another row?

Edit: Looks like you can still add 4 more models to the Elite section while maintaining 3 rows

Oah game of thrones characters!!!! I want them all! Please! I want to run around as ramsay asking people if they like pork sausage!!!

 

Get rid of lantern, robocop, terminator, carnage, quiet.

defalt looks like itll be a bit of an annoyance with hitboxes but sure why not.

same thing with jacket but still cool i guess

all the game of thrones look like theyll have polygon / crashing issues due to being over detailed

sombra is still dumb

nightwing looks super dark but might work

sabine might have polygon issues

i like the avengers ones especially since the current captain america has a head the size of an apple

 

@Opalium has a fix for polygons now so that's not an issue!

 

Yea I'm aware im the one who helped him get it silly.

 

Is it really necessary to remove any of the skins?
Now, if it's due to size of all the content then that is understandable.
I just feel like there is always going to be skins that are more prominent than others.
In which case, there will be a somewhat constant adding or removal of skins.
Perhaps an exaggeration but just my opinion.

For the R6 skins, Doc beat out IQ for the spot and for that I'm sad Doc is a good skin tho.
Definitely cool to see models getting updates. Can't wait to see some more.
Without trying to beat the horse, I don't like Quiet as she looks like the Hunchback but she sees a good amount of play.
My personal favorites added in the most recent content update are Haus and Nova. Dunno why just like them.


As for the player models listed above, definitely big fans of Defalt, Jacket, and Cap's updated skin.
Another rank color changer skin is awesome, Jacket looks amazing, and the Cap outfit looks much cooler than the one we have.

 

Remove Quiet, it looks broken. All other skins I think should stay unless you need the room, then get rid of the lowest ones.

@Carned I like the skin choices, however is it possible to get a full body screenshot of them with a crowbar/m9k gun? I'm asking because if the Sombra one is the same one you posted in Model voting #1 it had wierd hips with the crowbar.

They all don't know how to grab things and/or their arms look like they're from a 90 year old woman.

Girl looks good from the front but looks like she's tryna twerk from da back.

 

Actually the flash is used quite a bit. Mostly because the TV show "The Flash" is super popular around the world. It wouldn't be a good thing to actually remove it. A replacement, sure. But no don't remove the flash. The green lantern is basically dead. Unlike the flash, I see no one use it.

 

dont remove green lantern & flash, add jacket.

also, start looking for crowbar replacements like the axe jacket is holding.

 

Sorry for late reply, read at like 2am and was like no thanks il reply in the morning.

Opal has said on another thread (the Q&A one) that it is due to size that we have to remove some models and some that are very ugly and shouldn't have even been added (cough Carnage cough).

As for a cycle of skins, we obviously want to avoid that but some of those models are coming up for 4 years old so it might be nice to have something new and fresh.

Doing this will be easier when GMOD updates to the new workshop (@Opalium knows more than me here)

As for your R6 concerns, theres always room for more operators, truthfully we might end up moving Doc into a Detective Shop in the future as his role fits there more (Healer in R6 -> Health Station?)
