Lets go through why I had banned you on West 1 early yesterday morning.

I was staffing when I had a report from Shank09 come to me.

Now the report initially seemed off to me, I was waiting to open a chat with you about the report to try and figure this out but sadly you left before I could talk to you.

I will unban you but not void the ban as a reminder not to leave while you have pending reports on you. This meaning the next time you RDM and Leave it will be your second offense.
