Rejected Buy Death rounds

Same as buying T rounds and detective rounds.
As a non-donator I find that I have an excess of points which just sit there and collect interest. Buying death will be most nice as it allows players to be death on a near full server. I would limit 3 deaths per round and only 1 death round per map
