I honestly don't believe someone looked at this and thought of it as a "pornographic picture." It's a long cat. There's one small section that if you wanted to nitpick is technically a woman without clothes but you can't see anything and it's very clearly not pornographic. This is a reach and a silly, pointless ban.​

Your description of the picture is accurate as I still have access to the picture. You also encouraged adrian to use the same image which he did later on in the day. I will ask you on why you think I should unban you?

 

I linked it as a joke because of the absurd size, I didn't expect it would actually be used for that same reason, it's too big. I had only heard talk of people posting long images and never actually seen it so I didn't and still don't know how big they were, I figured a 30000+ px tall picture would be laughed off. The fact that someone later did post it (after I had left no less) isn't a rule broken on my part, not to mention it being a totally different rule than the one I was banned for.

 

So you are saying the part that you describe on your picture is not breaking our policy and when the girl has a clear nipple showing and is impaled by the light as well?

 

I was referring to the section toward the bottom, I thought that was what was in question. I didn't see the nipple as I didn't scrutinize the entire image before linking it. In my defense though, it's maybe ten pixels out of a large image, I didn't post it directly in the shoutbox, it doesn't fit any definition of pornography I've ever seen, and it was inadvertent. It is slightly bloody but certainly not disturbing and it's so cartoonish and obscured I can't imagine it falling under the gore rule. But if that's what it takes to warrant a ban then by all means leave it in place, I can't say my opinion counts more than anyone else's.

 

I will give you a chance. I will unban you but even if it has the slightest amount of nudity, it may get you banned.
