Rejected Bot Spam Channel (Discord)

I believe a channel for bot spam can be beneficial in reducing the bot spam occurring on shoutbox and general channels.

So if this is implemented would it be against the rules to tag OpalBot in the shoutbox channel? :thonking:

 

Pretty sure the idea is that it would literally just not reply to SB
