smithk47, while being on Skype is suspicious, I think you still would have had to gather more evidence to ban. What if that was a random player trying to get him banned? Him allegedly being on Skype would be a reason to investigate further, but I don't think you should have banned him on the spot just for being on Skype.

First of all he is dead second off all muffin left....

 

Honestly Muffin doesn't even have a Skype he came over to talk to the other guys that were in the call with me THAT WERE NOT EVEN IN GAME exept Chronos/Alheili and he was afk. As soon as smith heard the word Skype he banned this should not be a rule for moderators to follow they were both dead and before the round even started he left. They need to know who they were on skype with muffin did not even have skype open (because he does not have a skype) - Muffins brother

Being on skype is not ghosting. Not using VoIP programs is a Staff Only rule. This does NOT apply to normal players. You CANNOT ban someone for being on skype. Specially if you did not talk to them first. Sorry bud.

the problem is you both of you where ussing skype on the server, using skype while playing in game is considers ghosting and is a serious offense

 

As I said, using skype is NOT ghosting. That is a Staff only rule not to use VoIP. Also both players where traitors that round. Just saying.

 

How the fuck is that ghosting? muffin doesn't even have a skype.

 

Honestly Muffin doesn't even have a Skype he came over to talk to the other guys that were in the call with me THAT WERE NOT EVEN IN GAME exept Chronos/Alheili and he was afk. As soon as smith heard the word Skype he banned this should not be a rule for moderators to follow they were both dead and before the round even started he left. They need to know who they were on skype with muffin did not even have skype open (because he does not have a skype) he came to my computer and talked to them.

thats the point there where both trators witch while using skype you can gain a unfair advantage over player, thus they shouldn't be on skype wile playing in game

 

also he could be just talking to friends playing on another game or server It doesn't mean he is ghosting at all
