If it's done at a fixed interval and appear randomly throughout the game, mabye. But if it's done during the start of end of the round it wouldn't be cluttered, it'l feel like it's part of the game.
I'm more inclined to implement a random message (or msg at the start of each round) to remind to use !thetime instead of a 5 minute interval or 30 minute interval that'll list the time. That'd get my +1.
even if thet ime command appears every 5 mins,even if on a full server and with delayers the maximum length a round can take could be over 13 mins. thats like only 2 times it will be shown,and the text isnt that long its just "the time now is 2.45am." still much shorter than other people binds for other things.
