I'm probably making this more complicated than it needs to be by creating each frame in paint 3d

 

bruh just get a video editing program and spin the image then convert to gif

 

my video editting program doesn't let me spin images, and kapwing does but kapwing is bullshit when it comes to images

 

I'd recommend becoming cool like me, maybe that will help you

Eks Dee's is pretty good. I'm pretty sure just about any suggestion would have had it spinning in some way sooooo
