Why you should be unbanned:

I didn't post a pornographic spray. Although I did post a spray that featured a lewd face, there was no nudity whatsoever nor did it featuring any type of skin besides a close up of the spray. The spray did not break the previous spray rules at all, yet *may* be breaking the new, updated rules. I intent to stop spraying anything close to "pornography."​

When I was looking around the server, I noticed that your spray broke the rule because

as taken from extended rules. During that time period, I have banned people like Ruben, Walker, and couple others for breaking the new rules because it either a) depict nudity or b) depict sexual activity. I only had admin discretion to warn lethalcuck and nobody else, which is why I didn't warned you and others. I didn't take a double look at your spray, which depict sexual activity, until BabyFace OP mentioned that it was a child porn. Thus, I took a look again, which turns out to be true since it shows depiction of a cartoon boy being in sexual position. Unfortunately, I know where your spray comes from and recognized it as cartoon porn from Shadbase, a porn site that has drawn both regular and child porn. If you're going to ask why I have not screenshot it, it's because 1) it's child porn and 2) it's illegal.

However, due to the circumstances, I will let @Highwon decide whether to unban you and take your word for it or not.

 

At the time of me spraying that spray, I didn't quite look into the context of it. I did make sure it followed the previous pornographic rules on the spray. I did not realize the image was child porn, because an cartoon image is not considered child porn because of the fact of age being unknown. I only saw an funny picture and decided to spray, not knowing that I could have been permabanned for a spray even implying explict actions. If I I known, I would have not posted the random picture of the cartoon character. At this point, I would rather have any kind of ban than a permaban. I was not aware of the new, updated rules that were changed that night.

 

I know that I shouldn't necessarily be posting here because I am not related to this case, but I have some knowledge of the law in regards to this. If the servers are located** in most parts of the United Kingdom, and if the spray contained explicit acts (Just plain nudity is not necessarily illegal, but could be) then it would be illegal. However, if the servers are located within the USA or Canada*, so long as the characters are not clearly based upon a real life person who is underage, it is legal. There was a court case that caused some confusion in this regard, however, it was universally condemned by judges and lawyers who reviewed it.
*My knowledge of the Canadian laws are old, and could be out of date.
**There isn't much precedent for this situation that I know about, so server location could be a moot factor, just individuals.

Okie! Apologies. If you ever want/need answers to questions of law I can probably be of help. I apparently know a lot of people that are either lawyers or have a lawyer on retainer. Which is weird. But works.

After discussing the matter with the rest of the administration, we decided to DENY your appeal.
Even though the spray you used did not actually show anything illegal, the context it comes from is enough to make it illegal. Hiding the "main" part of it does not make it okay to post the rest of it, especially when we're dealing with a sensitive topic such as this. Only the fact that people like Agent (and I'm sure others) we're able to easily recognize the meaning of the spray is enough to show that you can't get away with such content. We cannot accept content like this in our servers, at all.
