Saying the n-word consistently, harassing me (no evidence of that unfortunately), and ignoring warnings from staff.

Interestingly, he only got a warn for saying the n-word as many times as he did.​

I apologize for the delay. Anyways, from analyzing the evidence you provided, I found this report to be valid because @SpiritWolf already warned DruDerp for harassment. You would only get punished for using "nigga" if you are causing an issue (such as harassing another player, etc). If you use the word "nigger" in voice chat or text chat, you will be punished immediately. Here is the protocol for racial slurs/harassment:
