I was under the impression that if someone said "_____ HAS SHOT ME!", that it would be treated as a kos. So if someone said "___ has a harpoon!", and i killed that person, would i be held accountable? or would the person who said he had a harpoon be held accountable? I'll look through some threads because i do remember seeing it somewhere that saying someone is doing something traitorous is the same as kosing them.

Claiming someone did a traitorous act is a KOS and whoever said this is held accountable.

Yes in this situation he did in fact call a kos. Had he worded it differntly, it would not of been a KOS. For instance, if he had said "Do you have a harpoon?" This would not of been a KOS but this time he had stated "Why do you have a harpoon?" which was saying that he had possesion of a Traitor weapon and would be kos.

This situation has been dealt with. He has been slayed for this.
