Forgiveness on Reports

Lets face it, we all make mistakes and most people are nice enough or just understanding enough to let things go if you give them the option. This would add the option after the accused gives a response to forgive the accused if you feel like they should be forgiven. Although they have this staff would still have the final say.

 

Moderators are not allowed to use discretion, they have to do what the rule book tells them to do.
