DNA menu

Alright, I'm sure we all know the DNA menu is fucking impossible to close, can we make it so hitting ESC closes it?

Pausing a game. in Multiplayer. Get your shit together man...

 

To be able to use the console so I can ban users for rdm and leave...

 

Tilda has the overriding power, it opens it even if some other box, like chat perse, if you aren't typing, it opens console...

 

i think it just needs a Revamp all toghether... with Hotkets, so when its selected. you can use Keyboard Hotkeys to qucikly use it and keep quick access to your Weapon Selection

 

I'd love a hotkey to initiate a scan (with autoscan disabled). As well a persistent HUD element showing the charge rate (that only shows when it's at < 100%) would be amazing as well. Just a small bar in the bottom right.

But a great start would be a quick way to close the menu

 

I asked on Facepunch to have the choice between holding down the body identification menu, and toggling it, because toggling the body ID menu and having to press "E" again just seems more dangerous.

 

I don't understand "Dangerous" in this context. how would it be dangerous?

 

Having to press "E" then being stuck in the menu until you press "E" again, when if all you had to do was hold down the "E" button, you could just quickly tap it.
