When I look at the ban list, Is there many that has been banned because of Conflict of Interest. I just want to know what that means.
Conflict of Interest refers to bans that are given in the event that a player is doing something that can damage the servers and the community. Doing a chargeback is an example of conflict of interest because you're rescinding your donation and making the community pay more (there's more than just the amount we have to give whenever a chargeback is done) for your refund. This in return, hurts the servers in the long run because too many chargebacks can cause problems to arise as far as our relationship with the card company/distributor (PayPal for example) and potentially blacklist us if chargebacks are done excessively.
Also, conflict of interest bans include excessive hacking, loopholling, be associated with hacking groups, and toxic behavior that proceeds even after many warnings. Classical, Detective Doge, and the Flex hacking group are all good examples of such.
Actually, the majority of chargebacks will be labeled as such on the banlist. A long time ago, this may have been true, but now you will see that people will be permabanned with the reason of stripe/PayPal reversals. Now, as Rek said, people usually are banned for committing actions that chronically conflict with the standards and ethics of SGM.
