Reason For Report:

Since I've rejoined, they've been breathing down my neck about everything. I know it's not Emtech as he didn't do this back in 2015, so it was most likely Lady. She has an extensive document on everything I've done or said since I rejoined, and she's been overtaking everything I've done. I've noticed she hasn't been doing this to others such as "Stabby Puggy :3" for example, which means she clearly wants me out of the server. She does the same to IPod and Scrufi, and we've all talked about leaving at one point.
A situation yesterday, there as a minute left and it was a deathmatch battle between me (The death) and a player, I was hiding to win, and Stabby Puggy :3 Ghosted my location. I get banned the next day for several reasons for 15 days and one of them was delaying, but Pug doesn't get punished.
This isn't an appeal, this is the loss of a member. Sadly I was planning on spending $200, but this server isn't worth it. Not when there's an Admin and Moderator team that overmoderates people out of servers, and they get away with it. Go ahead and check the reason why I was banned, I didn't break any rule yet they overexaturrate. Don't you think that list is a bit big? I'm tired and sick, I can't deal with this, but I hope something's done about it. Lady and Emtech are horrible staff, they don't deserve their ranks. I had nothing against them as people but when I'm talking to someone over steam for 30 seconds and they forcespectate me because I'm delaying and AFK, they've gone too far.​

Hey Ms. Jinxed, thank you for making a report!

I am not the one who banned you, however, you seem to think my evidence is extensive.
I do take screenshots of every offense or anything that could cause issues in the server, and for things I can not screenshot, I have a tendency of shadowplaying. This is to provide detailed evidence when players make reports, ban appeals, etc where their behavior in game needs to be considered, and to avoid confusion. From here, I will let @Emtech2 take over, as he is the one who instated the ban. If you have any more questions involving me, my behavior in server, or any evidence I have provided on past posts, please let me know.

Hello Ms.Jinxed/Mip,
I would like to apologize that you feel I have abused my powers or let other factors influence my decision. I would like to ensure you that I never let factors other than a users actions influence any decision I make regarding them. Now, let's get to the report.

I prefer to not discuss applications outside of their thread, however, since you have brought it up a lot in the evidence that will be used against you I would like to clarify something for you. When your application was denied, I was not the sole decider of it's denial.

Now, to your ban. I listed the reasons instead of just putting "Toxic Behavior+History". I normally do this so if the user would like to appeal their ban they know the exact reason why they were banned. Let's go over the reasons you were banned.

1.) Mass Delay

First offense was on Caverns. The end game started at 10:30* and it finally ended at 12:47*. That is over 2 minutes of delaying. During this time you were asked over and over to stop delaying, you refused. Puggy then ghosted to help the runner find you. You claim I did not punish him. I don't know how you can say that as he is currently serving a ban for his actions.
After the round you and puggy harassed each other a bit and then you continued to claim it was not delaying. You know that hiding to "win" a round is not allowed, you have been told this before yet you still do it. When time runs out it is a stalemate. If I recall correctly it even says nobody wins. You even go on to claim delaying is not against the rules. If you go here (the page you linked) you can see under "General Rules" "4. No delaying the round"

Second offense was on Atomic Warfare. At 8:50* you were the last runner. It took until 11:26* for you to even get to the end game. Again, over 2 minutes of delaying. During this time multiple people were asking you to go and to stop delaying. Multiple people also left due to your delaying.

More offenses were due to your crowbaring and encouraging everyone to crowbar in the beginning of the map crash mid-evil.

2.) Death Avoid

It's not too easy to show your death avoiding without uploading a video. Something I can do if @Darktooth would like however, I have slow internet so it would take some time for me to do. However, since this ban was also due to your history I can include some other evidence that you have not already seen.

3.) Harassment

Part of the Harassment ban was due to you constantly complaining about LadyLag and I being bad staff members. I told you that you could make a report against either one or both of us. I then asked you to stop because it becomes disruptive to the server. Most people are there to play a game and have a good time, not hear about how a staff member acts.

Some of the harassment was calling my moderator LadyLag a stalker. I ask everyone of my mods to have evidence of everything when someone beaks a rule. I am very proud to see that LadyLag keeps such detailed evidence. You call her a stalker multiple times in just a few rounds.

More of the harassment saying "Everyone's a fuckboy for lady. Including emtech" comments like these are not needed, and not welcome. "She used her zombie emtech to deny my app" Please see above comment on how I was not the only person in the decision to deny your app.

Even more harassment has been all your comments about the user Jinxxy. This was deeply covered in your application and does not need to be brought back up as Darktooth will be able to see the evidence there and so are you.

4.)Spam

You spammed the link to the album of evidence against you many times and you also spammed lenny faces. Due to the link being something that was only linked on your application I am not going to provide the evidence of you spamming the link here unless Darktooth wants me to post it.

I feel that with all of the evidence and explanation I have provided you should now be able to understand why you were banned. I feel that due to your toxic behavior that a 2 week break is the right amount of time. When/if you come back, please follow the rules as can be seen in the !motd. I will also tag @Darktooth so he can make a final decision on this report.
