I have seen this, you didnt get a ban directly for a pornographic spray, you were banned for continueosly using an innapropiate spray of cropped/censored porn after being warned to not use the spray several times in the past due to people complaining about it.

Hold on while I see if I can find the old warnings you were given etc.

 

Alrighty, so since I got my new pc I have lost a lot of my screenshots from before August. So I only have screenshots from 3 incidents where you were warned for your Spray.

The spray is not pornographic enough to warrant a ban alone, so its safe to post on the appeal.

1st warning I have evidence of is from 1st of August:

Then you were warned again on the 14th of September: (I have a screenshot of you using it - I just dont see a need to post again)

Aside from that, later I was told that you started using the spray again after I left.

And then yesterday the 29th of September: (Again no need to post it again)

In the end, I will be lowering your ban to 1 week local ban instead of 2 week global (for now) I will discuss this further with Jabba later, if he believes the ban should be lowered even more etc.
For now tho, I will ask a mod to overwrite my ban on you so its only a local 1 week on Vanilla

The reasons behind this is: I didnt screenshot the complains I recieved about the spray, which is a mistake on my part, which normally would lead to complete unban.
But on the other hand, I have warned you time and time again, and you are aware of this, but you just kept ignoring the warnings you recieved. Which I dont think is okay, if you felt I treated you unfairly, I would much rather have you talk to my Lead admin about it or discuss it with me, instead of you just insulting me and ignoring the warnings you were given.
- And these 3 instances are not the only warnings I have given you (tho they are the only once I have evidence of, cause RIP my old Pc)

I will be Accepting the Appeal.
Wont be locked tho until I have discussed if further action is needed, with Jabba ouo)/

 

Okay, so I have come to a final conclusion.
After a short chat with Jabba, tho he didnt have much influence on this decision, we agreed that I should think it over through the day.
Now Im home from work and I have done my thinking.

I have come to the conclusion, that I have made a HUGE mistake in how I chose to handle this case of you using the spray over and over again.

The issue starts with things I have said earlier.
- The spray in itself is not near enough to warrant a ban fro innapropiate/borderline pornography, neither is it complete pornography -
- Then why did I ban you for it? Well.. I did some thinking and realised, that I shouldnt have.

- I gave you the wrong type of spray warning from the beginning, that was the big mistake on my part.
- I gave you the type of warning, that sorta tells you that you get in trouble if I catch you using the spray again. And that was just a really dumb decision on my end.

- What I should have told you was, that the spray is allowed to use, but if the spray causes Issues on the server or players starts complaining about it, I would have to ask you to change the spray temporaily to not cause discomfort to players.

I honestly feel horrible for having treated your Case incorrectly for what I assume to be half a year, without anyone noticing I made such a mistake and Mishandle.

Im deeply sorry, and I will have you unbanned and Void your ban.
